We understand how important a wedding dress purchase is to our brides, so our staff is committed to ensuring your dress is perfect. Our prices are low, but our customer service standards are high. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied and we are unable to resolve any issues you may have, we accept returns for a full refund or store credit to any of our boutiques. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. You can receive a refund on all products except lingerie, undergarments (bra panties, swimwear, etc) or those sold as "Custom Order". All items not eligible for refund may be returned for store credit only upon approval with the exception of "Custom Made" dresses. We do not offer a refund or store credit for custom made items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Request A Refund:

We are not responsible for return postage.
You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.
Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.
If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.
All items must be returned in the original condition as received.
