Refunds, Returns & Exhanges

We understand how important a wedding dress purchase is to our brides, so our staff is committed to ensuring your dress is perfect. Our prices are low, but our customer service standards are high. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied and we are unable to resolve any issues you may have, we accept returns for a full refund or store credit to any of our boutiques. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. You can receive a refund on all products except lingerie, undergarments (bra panties, swimwear, etc) or those sold as "Custom Order". All items not eligible for refund may be returned for store credit only upon approval with the exception of "Custom Made" dresses. We do not offer a refund or store credit for custom made items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 


How to Request A Refund: 

Refund requests must be made within 7-days of delivery. Please email returns@brokebridedresses.com for a return authorization code. or call 833-274-3318 - Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 2 PM EST 

We are not responsible for return postage. 

Please Note:

You must request a return authorization number from us within 7 days after receiving your order.

Once we receive your package, it can take 5-10 business days to process your refund/store credit.

If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP and we can offer you alternate options.

All items must be returned in the original condition as received.

Returns on custom orders:
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. An order is considered custom if a wedding dress or other item is made to your exact sizing vs. off rack (regular clothing size advertised), and or any part of the dress is changed from the original design advertised or pictured. An example of this would be a complete neckline change or custom colors beyond white or ivory. 
We do not accept cancellations after 24-hours of your order being placed. To request a cancellation within 24-hours, please email returns@brokebridedresses.com for a return authorization code. or call 833-274-3318 - Our business hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 2 PM EST
There is a 10% cancellation fee for any wedding or formal dress orders. 
---------------Chargeback Fraud
We work very closely with our clients to ensure they receive a perfect dress.  Clients who purchase a dress, ignore our return/cancellation policy, and chargeback the item will be pursued for chargeback fraud both with the credit card company and the stae and county Circuit court and Sheriff's office (where applicable). Upon checkout, you are agreeing to our return policy and terms. There are no exceptions. If you chargeback, you are going to find yourself in court and/or have a criminal warrant issued in the State of Tennessee. No notices will be given and the action is non-negotiable. 
Due to recent illegal purchase and return activity, this policy has become necessary.
